Stackbeam will automatically recommend tools suitable for your business. Here's how to understand what to do next.
1. Stackbeam will give you marketing software recommendations depending on your current (or future) setup that you add to your project. It's important to understand how those recommendations occur and what you can do when they appear in your account.
This guide will explain more.
2. Navigate to https://app.stackbeam.com/dashboard/
3. Use the dropdown team/project selector.
4. Select the project you will be working with.
5. If you've added tools before to your project, Stackbeam will give recommendations on where there are gaps or improvement suggestions.
A new frame named "Improve" will appear at the top of your dashboard.
The recommendations are organized per funnel category from the AARRR framework (Acquisition-Activation-Revenue-Retention-Referral).
Click "My tools" to proceed.
6. Click the double arrowhead to expand and see what you have today in a certain funnel category.
7. If you have more than 1 tool recommendation you can compare them to see if they overlap, duplicated features and more in-depth detail.
Click "Compare" to go to the Overlap tool.
8. The recommended software are compared by selecting 1 of them to serve as the benchmark. The system will evaluate and analyze the other tools and see how many of the features that they have in common.
Select another tool as the benchmark by switching between the radio buttons above.
Each time you select another tool the comparison starts from that tool's features so the overlap percentage will change. The complete details are shown below the chart.
To go back to the dashboard, click "Back".
9. Add the tools you want by working in Tool search.
